Construction of this ONLINE ZOO began in mid August 2010... and comprises a selection of photos taken of NZ Native Birds - as well as a variety of exotic animals and birds from around Australasia, all captured on camera by the inhouse photographers of  www.gisbornespecials.co.nz   
It is hoped that the images will be of interest to the young - and not so young -  and to encourage a love for the amazing creatures that share planet earth with us...
