Gisborne Property and Inspections also carries out Building Code Compliance inspections, building assessments for lease or renting purposes and building inspections for quality control purposes.

Phil Simpson is Registered Independent Qualified Person as required under the Building Act 2004 to carry out Building Warrant of Fitness Inspections and monthly IQP Inspection for fire and other dangers together with the preparation of Fire Philosophies.
